Streaky is a challenge-based accountability platform where users complete daily tasks, upload proof of completion, and participate in community-verified progress tracking.

2. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

3. User Content

Users may submit photos, videos, and other content as proof of completing challenge tasks.

By submitting content, you grant Streaky a limited license to display that content within challenge environments for verification, moderation, and ranking purposes.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Manipulate rankings, voting systems, or challenge outcomes
• Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or misuse the service

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require payment.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through the platform where the purchase was made.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.

Refund eligibility is determined by the respective billing platform according to their policies.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the platform or its users.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streaky shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
